original and intact american industrial mobile tool supply cart designed and manufactured by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the mobile work station or supply cart is comprised of heavy gauge folded and pressed sheet steel with a nicely weathered and worn blue paint finish. the cabinet features two hinged doors with lockable hasp and spacious interior. the top tier and undershelf are equipped with four-sided rail guards to prevent content spillage. the bent tubular steel handle or pull is welded firmly against the cart. original hardened rubber casters intact and functional. the industrial mobile cart was salvaged from a recently shuttered specialty metal office furniture factory located in chicago, il. measures 38 x 17 x 31 inches.
