original and intact c. 1950's american made vintage industrial low-lying factory machine shop stool designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the four-legged stationary stool contains slightly flared or angled tubular steel legs, reinforced with a welded joint heel ring or footrest. the original "factory green" enameled finish remains largely intact. the pierced metal seat contains a nicely worn masonite seat cover. seat height measures 24 inches.
