original and intact late 19th century antique american solid golden oak wood interior vestibule wood door designed and fabricated by the foster-munger company, chicago, ills. the all original and well-maintained door was salvaged from a chicago residence undergoing demolition. the vestibule door contains a solid sheet of "florentine" pattern textured glass likely fabricated by the pittsburgh glass company. the golden oak door retains the original oval-shaped escutcheons with beaded pattern doorknobs. the door contains a single recessed panel below the lock rail. great overall condition.
