original and intact unusual vintage american industrial united states ordinance radar reflector pod comprised of yellow-colored fiberglass or some other type of hardened composite. the radar reflector pod was fabricated by the department of defense by the valco corporation , st. paul, mn. the hollow-bodied is ver light in weight. was likely apart of a larger radar reflector kit used on a radio-controlled aircraft. two matching pods available. surface wear and tear consistent with age and use. measures 46 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 11 inches.
