original 1880's antique american ornamental wrought iron salvaged chicago exterior fence gate designed and fabricated by f.p. smith & iron works, chicago, il. the ornamental riveted joint wrought iron gate retains the original knob or handle used to open and closed the gate attached to post with keeper. the nicely weathered and worn finish is mostly uniform throughout.
