single intact c. 1880's american eastlake style ornamental cast brass passage door lockset salvaged from a milwaukee residence built around 1887. the matching doorknobs, backplates and fully functional mortise lock were likely fabricated by the sargent hardware company, new haven, ct. the cast brass hardware contains a nicely aged surface patina throughout. additional matching doorknobs and escutcheons were salvaged from this residence. priced for the complete set. backplates measure 5 1/4 x 1 3/4 inches. doorknobs measure 2 inches in diameter. mortise is 5 3/8 x 3 1/4 x 1 inches.
