c. 1930's antique american industrial three-legged stationary stool possibly fabricated by the angle steel stool company. the tripod base is comprised of angled steel with riveted joint stretchers or bracing for added strength and rigidity. the flared feet provide additional stability. the low-lying stool contains a red paint finish over metal. the circular-shaped stool seat is made of pressed and folded steel affixed tightly to the legs. seat height measures 24 inches.
