original and intact late 1940's american industrial munitions plant workbench stationary stool designed and fabricated by the pollard brothers, chicago, il. the four-legged stool features a riveted joint channel brace footrest for added support and stability. the heavy gauge angled steel base contains an older red paint finish over metal. the original wood composite circular-shaped seat is tightly affixed to the base. seat height measures 24 inches.
