late 1940's original four-legged american industrial factory green enameled machine shop stool designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the pressed and folded stool is reinforced with multiple riveted and welded joint stretcher bars running horizontally between the legs. the seat retains the original composite top with several pierced holes likely for ventilation purposes. the green paint finish is mostly uniform throughout. the diminutive steel disc "shoes" are provide added stability. only only available in this exact configuration. measures approximately 15 x 15 x 30 inches.
