largely intact c. 1900's antique american single-sided "dentist" trade sign comprised of tin metal with four small mounting holes in each corner. the sign fabricator and/or artist is not known. likely mounted flush against the exterior of a city building containing a dentist office. the old gilded lettering against a textured or " smaltz" black enameled finish remains largely intact. the american dentist trade sign measures 24 x 6 inches.
