structurally sound and sturdy authentic original early 20th century american industrial ceiling-mount commercial kitchen pot and pan rack removed from the old (extant) blackstone hotel located in downtown chicago. the oversized collapsible rack was possibly fabricated by the john can range co., cincinnati, oh. the heavy duty commercial grade overhead rack has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the rack contains a multitude of integrated steel hooks for pots, pans and other cooking utensils. the heavy gauge bent wrought steel remains in great overall condition, considering age. 71 x 24 x 12"
