one of two matching late 1860's original and intact reinforced white pine wood interior residential vestibule door likely fabricated by the c.j.l. meyer mfg. co., chicago, il. the two panel door features highly desirable built-up molding surrounding the two oversized panels. the vestibule doors were salvaged from a rockwell street pre-fire chicago residence demolished in early november of 2015. both doors contain an older orange paint finish. the doors in the house were originally outfitted with nashua locks, porcelain doorknobs, unornamented cast iron hinges, and faux walnut grain finishes. the two panel vestibule doors are priced individually. great overall condition considering age. Item measures 89.5”h x 29.5”w x 1.75”d.
