rare oversized inland architect half-tone or lithogrpahic print of the newly completed leiter ii building (1891) designed by jenney and mundie. the edges of the large print are in rought shape, but the building is free from damage in the form of stains, discoloration, missing sections, etc. the print was one of several original piece of ephermera discovered during a house salvage once owned by an architect who later became partner in the firm in the 20th century. the original frame was removed long ago.
