original pressed and folded steel vanity sitting bench repurposed into a side table. the four-legged lightweight stand was designed and manufactured by the simmons mfg. co., kenosha, wisc. the finely turned and tapered legs are structurally sound and stable. the old and unkempt cushions have been replaced with a simple and sleek solid cherry wood inlay with beveled edges. the surrounding seat frame and legs have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. likely fabricated between 1930-38. measures approximately 20 x 14 x 19 inches. only one table available.
