exceptional early 20th century antique american single-sided wall mount "ladies toilet" folk art sign purported to be from an old chicago area saloon. the tin metal sign likely was mounted in a wood frame at one point in time. the polychrome painted finish remains largely intact. features a distinctive pointing finger flanked by simple design motifs. surface wear evident. sign maker unknown. measures 17 1/2 x 8 inches.
