rare softcover “architecture” periodical, vol. LII no. 2, published in august 1925 in an edition of 8500 by charles scribner’s sons in new york. the staple binding is intact, and the spine is only slightly frayed at head and tail. the cover edges are worn as it is not flush with the book block, and there are scratches on the cover image area. this periodical contains 98 pages of vintage ads, mostly full page black and white illustrations advertising hardware and building services. there are roughly 50 pages of text and high-quality plates and illustrations, showing building interiors and exteriors in louisiana, connecticut, chicago, new york, pennsylvania, and more. these include juxtapositions of architectural drawings and photographs of built architecture. measures 10 x 13 inches.
