c. 1930's vintage american industrial mobile factory machine shop cart or workstation with welded joint wrought iron pipe base fabricated by the a. m. byers iron co., pittsburgh, pa. the refinished tabletop is comprised of maple wood. original hardened black rubber casters intact and functional. the tubular iron base has been brushed down to bare metal and treated with a clear coat finish. the spacious maple wood top is tightly secured to the reinforced metal base. salvaged from an old tool & die factory, located on the far south side of chicago. measures 50 x 32 x 36 1/2 inches.
