fully functional multi-purpose heavy duty weighted antique american industrial mobile steel and iron printing press die cart designed and fabricated by the hamilton mfg. co., two rivers, wi. the early 1920's solidly-built hamilton "steel goods" work table contains oversized black composite casters affixed to pressed steel forks (likely added at a later time). the remarkable framework consists of heavy gauge tubular steel pipe construction interconnected with multiple pipe fittings. the stationary solid cast iron deck has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the metal base contains a nicely worn and weathered robin egg blue paint finish. the mobile workstand was salvaged from a chicago print shop operating since 1900. limited quantity available in this color scheme. measures approximately 30 1/2 x 24 x 18 1/2 inches.
