original fully functional vintage american industrual freestnading three-sginal light with post with welded-joint hand-painted sign. fabricator unknown. the unsual signal lantern retains the original color glass fresnel lenses protected by protruding hoods. the signal lantern sits on a steel post supported by a thick sheet of sheel metal. the illuminated fixture was salvaged from chicago's star car wash.
