very unique all original c. 1920's american antique industrial fluted deep bowl wrigley chewing gum factory electric pendant light designed and fabricated by or for the multi electrical mfg. co., 703 fulton street, chicago, il. the vibrant "factory green" porcelain or vitreous enameled single light fixture features a hard to find oversized deep bowl reflector with extended socket housing. the reflector or shade is comprised of heavy gauge cold-rolled steel with a distinctive radial pattern. the stepped profile housing contains a mogul-size socket than can be equipped with a reducer for use with a standard size incandescent light bub. the threaded steel pipe and ball-joint pivoting canopy or "cap" are both original to the fixture. measures 32 x 17 inches.
