very unique and one of a kind vintage american industrial repurposed floor lamp stand designed for supporting detachable or clamp-on articulating arm fixtures. the stand consists entirely of seemingly random "found" objects treated with caustic agents to produce a heavily oxidized green finish. the base once belonged to a revolving ice cream parlor stool. the additional components consist of a series of on/off valves, sprockets and other mechanical objects. unidentified artist. lamp not included.
