multi-purpose american industrial machine parts mobile rack salvaged from a chicago area tool & die factory. the repurposed shelving unit contains a uniform brushed metal bent tubular steel frame with all-welded joints. the oversized hardened black rubber swivel casters are original and in great working condition. the mobile bookshelf or display stand contains newly added shelves consisting of tongue and groove oak wood flooring salvaged from the chicago athletic association building. the bent tubular frame and angled steel stretchers are structurally sound and stable. the fabricator of the cart is not known. measures approximately 38 x 18 x 55 1/2 inches.
