remarkably hard to find early 20th century vintage american industrial "sani" lunch hall stationary table designed and fabricated by the sani products company, sani building, chicago, il. the eight-seat swing out type table was salvaged from the indiana bell telephone company, indianapolis, ind. the heavily reinforced industrial table contains three distinct bases or legs interconnected by ladder-like girders or stretchers. the six matching triangular-shaped floor brackets provide added support and stability, with no mounting against the floor necessary. the finely shaped swivel brackets supporting the solid maple seats are in excellent working condition. the spacious tabletop is comprised of old growth pine wood bolted firmly along the underside of the base. each and every cast iron component has been carefully cleaned, brushed and treated with a clear coat lacquer. measures 31 x 103 x 31 inches.
