original late 1940's vintage american industrial four-legged heavy gauge pressed and folded steel factory machine base designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the robust low-lying table contains flared feet for added support and/or stability. the undershelf is bolted firmly against the legs. the top platform contains a centrally located opening where a machine once rested. the stationary table base has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. excellent overall condition.
