original c. 1940's american vintage industrial mobile factory machine shop supply cart designed and fabricated by the pollard brothers mfg. co., chicago, il. the two tier-cart is comprised of all-welded cold-rolled steel. the original swivel and stationary casters are largely intact. both tiers contain a four-sided "spillage-proof" railguard. the bent tubular steel handle allows for easier control of the cart when pushed or pulled. the distressed olive green paint finish has been lightly cleaned. measures 34 1/2 x 16 x 34 inches.
