original late 1930's american antique flush mount pressed and folded steel exterior residential mailbox designed and fabricated by the patent novelty co., fulton, wi. the angled top mailbox contains a "letters" flap and/or slot and unique hinged front door containing embossed lettering. the steel mailbox has a uniform black enameled finish. measures 11 x 5 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.
