original freestanding four-legged c. 1930's american industrial brushed steel factory machinist stool designed and fabricated by the angled steel stool co., plainwell, mich. the early 1930's reinforced industrial stool contains a pressed and folded circular-shaped seat with original slightly contoured backrest affixed to the underside of the seat. the four legs are braced with all-riveted joint horizontal stretchers designed for added security and stability. the structurally sound stool has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. great overall condition. a very clean and solidly constructed antique industrial stool. measures 14 3/4 x 14 3/4 x 41 inches.
