original largely intact antique american medical stationary bent tubular steel four-legged hospital operating room work stand designed and fabricated by the feick brothers co., pittsburgh, pa. the stand or table contains a newly added solid mahogany wood tabletop and undershelf. the solid steel rod stretcher system at the bottom is riveted tightly against each of the legs. the metal base has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the manufacturer's plaque is affixed to the front side of the stand. 20 1/2 inches x 14 1/4 inches x 26 1/2 inches.
