all original c. 1920's american interior residential french door salvaged from a chicago bungalow residence undergoing interior renovation. the golden oak wood passage door contains a total of fifteen equally-spaced translucent panels or "lights" free from cracks, breaks and/or replaced panels. the slender mullion joinery is designed to maximize the light into the room, while minimizing the visual impact of the doorway joinery. the door retains the original stamped steel mission style backplates, mortise lock and ball final hinges. likely fabricated by the foster-munger co., chicago, il. measures 34 x 84 inches.
