exceptional antique american antique industrial interior chicago butcher shop preparation table fabricated around 1900-10 by barnard gloekler & co., pittsburgh, pa. the nice-sized table features a nicely worn, rock hard maple wood tabletop bolted firmly together. the very unique and desirable early cast iron and steel interlocking pipe table base with large ball feet remains structurally sound and sturdy. salvaged from an old meat packing facility on the west side of chicago. the maple wood top and four-legged base have been lightly refinished. measures 60 x 36 1/2 x 32 inches.
