all original rare and highly desirable early 20th century american industrial two tier mobile factory cart or work stand designed and fabricated by the new britain machine company, new britain, conn. the cart contains two heavy gauge rolled iron decks or platforms with the topmost tier supported by four tubular iron posts. the oversized stationary spoked casters and smaller swivel spoked casters with angled forks are original and in excellent working condition. the factory supply cart has been brushed down to bare metal and treated with a cleat coat lacquer. measures 26 x 20 x 32 inches.
