all original single-sided museum-quality circular-shaped enameled metal sign featuring an encircled biplane. these signs were designed to be attached to lamp posts in and around the 1933 chicago world's fair or "century of progress" exposition for both directions and assigned lots. other signs included trains, automobiles, etc. the surface condition is amazingly intact, considering age. only one available.
