remarkably well-designed original c. 1930's american art deco single light electric wall sconce designed and fabricated by r. williams & co., chicago, il. the single socket sconce is comprised of ornamental cast aluminum with original hand-applied polychrome enameled finish, aged nicely over time. the baked enameled or bisque glass shade was removed, lost and/or damaged long ago. the original slip shade was fabricated by the beardslee chandelier manufacturing co., chicago, il. priced for the fixture only, as shown in image above.
