all original late 1920's antique american art deco style single-sided interior "walk in" shop or storefront sign fabricated by the modern sign works, chicago, il. the highly stylized wall mount and/or hanging sign is comprised of a thick scalloped edge clear glass with reflective foil back lettering, black enameled background and decorative red accent. the thin wrought brass sign enclosure is original with a nicely aged surface patina. measures 8 3/4 x 3 inches.
