original vintage american single-sided rounded edge heavy gauge stamped steel "health center" directional sign. the exact sign fabricator is not known. the sign was originally mounted flush against an exterior wall of a chicago area medical center or clinic. the brightly colored sign with reflective surface features a centrally located black directional arrow. the outer edges of the sign are slightly raised or embossed. two opposed screw holes are located on the left and right side of the sign. surface wear evident. measures 24 x 18 inches.
