repurposed late 19th or early 20th century antique american made industrial lathe machine console featuring refurbished cast iron legs possibly fabricated by or for the garvin machine company, new york city, ny. the stationary side table or console contains a newly added varnished solid oak wood tabletop with a recessed apron and angled corners. the two matching lathe machine legs have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the diminutive floor plates are free from damage. the american industrial furniture console is structurally sound and stable. measures 41 x 11 x 34 1/2 inches
