two matching diminutive late 19th century antique american gilded age quartered oak wood hand-carved pilaster capitals salvaged from a new york city mansion built around 1897. the capitals belong to a wood-paneled room that was salvaged during urban renewal. the exact address and/or architect is not known. several additional fragments available. the original finish is largely intact. priced for the pair. 6 inches tall, 7 inches long and the thickest part is 3 inches deep.
