two identical early 20th century antique american ornamental cast bronze downtown chicago commercial building lobby elevator door plaques attributed to the winslow brothers, chicago, il. each lightly polished, single-sided panel features two highly detailed birds with outspread wings. the birds are slightly raised against a "pebbled" field pattern. the surrounding border features deeply incised lines and a repeating bead and reel design motif. the figural plaques were salvaged from an early 1920's chicago commercial bank building. priced for the pair. 12-1/4" x 7-3/4".
