single early 1920's antique american industrial four-legged chicago tool works factory machinist stool likely designed and fabricated by the angle steel stool company, plainwell, mich. the nicely distressed stool with an old weathered orange paint finish is comprised largely of angled steel with welded joints that were likely modified at some point in time. the solid painted wood circular-shaped seat is tightly affixed to the base. the stool has been lightly cleaned and sealed to preserve the distinctive patina. measures 26 inches high x 13 inches in diameter.
