original and intact circular-shaped stamped ornamental tin metal interior ceiling ventilation grilles or grates salvaged from the former bjorgvin singing society hall, chicago, ills. the round grilles were likely added sometime after 1900, when the rear addition was built. the grilles contains a centrally located rosette surround by perforated fleur-de-lis design motifs. the three matching grates were likely fabricated by the friedley-voshardt company, chicago, ills. the thin tin metal grilles were mounted flush against the ceiling. priced individually. nicely aged metallic gold enameled patina. measures 23 1/2 inches.
