c. 1920-25 original antique american industrial all-riveted joint angled steel four-legged factory machinist stool designed and fabricated by the angle steel stool co., plainwell, mich. the refinished stool contains a thoroughly cleaned and brushed metal finish sealed with a clear coat lacquer to prevent surface corrosion. the machinist stool retains the original solid maple wood seat with intact stenciled black lettering found along the underside of the seat. the riveted joint stretchers are completely intact and provide added support and stability. measures 15 1/2 wide x 30 1/2 inches high. seat measures 14 inches in diameter.
