reconfigured c. 1920's american medical "mayo stand" stationary table with newly added old growth pine wood rectangular-shaped top. the four-legged cast iron stand was fabricated by the shampaine co., st. louis, mo. the tubular steel post or upright is supported by four cabriole style legs with steel disc "feet." the brushed metal finish has been treated with a clear coat lacquer. measures 22 x 15 x 30 1/2 inches.
