original c. 1880's american victorian era ornamental cast brass double-sided interior residential passage door strike plate manufactured by the nashua lock co., nashua, new hampshire. the intact strike plate features two abstract floral motifs against a textured field pattern. mostly iniform surface patina. measures approximately 4 1/4 x 1 5/8 inches.
