original unrestored late 1940's american industrial adjustable height factory stool designed and fabricated by the pollard brothers company, chicago, il. the durable stationary stool contained a heavily reinforced riveted joint angled iron four-legged base with original "pollard green" enameled finish. the circular-shaped stool seat and backrest are comprised of maple wood with age appropriate surface wear. the legs are equipped with detachable extensions with multiple holes for height adjustment. the stool remains structurally sound and stable. measures approximately 15 x 15 x 27 inches with a seat diameter of 14 inches.
