single original and intact late 1940's or early 1950's vintage american industrial four-legged pressed and folded heavy gauge steel stool designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the single stool has been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the welded joint stretchers are securely attached. the rounded edge perforated seat is spacious with rounded edges. the legs retain the original steel disc "feet." the backrest is original and tightly secured to the underside of the seat. great overall condition. measures 14 1/2 x 14 1/2 x 36 5/8 inches. 24 inches high from floor to seat.
