original and largely intact c. 1900's american vintage industrial mobile garment rack likely fabricated by jas. b. williams, inc., new york city, new york. the freestanding clothing rack contains a ornamental four-legged cast iron base with original fully functional diminutive swivel casters. the steel upright or pole is topped of with a detachable acorn finial. the bent tubular steel "spoked" ring is intact. contains a nicely distressed black enameled finish consistent with age. measures 73 x 20 inches.
