original and completely intact early 20th century american medical mobile hospital operating room supply cabinet fabricated by the frank s. betz company, hammond, ind. the refinished angled leg cart features an unusual configuration with drawers and cabinets consisting of metal with no plate glass shelves or tabletops. the three-sided rail-guard is tightly affixed to the sides of the cabinet. the single pull-out or sliding drawer retains the original cast brass handle. the space between the two modules can be utilized as an undershelf for additional, albeit limited, storage. the fully enclosed bottom cabinet contains a single hinged door with original hardware fittings. the brushed steel finish has been treated with a clear coat lacquer. the "bassick" casters are in great condition, considering age. measures 20 1/2 x 16 1/2 x 32 inches.
