original c. 1920's american ornamental cast bronze interior lobby elevator cab push button backplate attributed to the elevator supply & repair co., chicago, il. the single button wall-mount backplate was salvaged from a chicago commercial building built around 1926. features a highly detailed egg & heart border. nicely aged surface finish. measures approximately 6 1/4 x 2 7/8 inches.
