matching set of original american made late victorian era varnished oak wood colonnades or room dividers fabricated by the decorators supply co., chicago, il. the bases feature recessed panels, intact baseboard and trimwork. the lock stave joint round solid oak wood columns are adorned with matching ionic style capitals with fanciful volutes comprised of gesso or composition. the colonnades were salvaged from a chicago graystone residence built around 1899. each unit measures 13 3/4 x 34 1/2 x 98 1/2 inches.
