nice and compact c. 1930's american depression era antique american industrial mobile storage cabinet salvaged from a south side chicago paint factory. the cabinet is comprised of heavy gauge folded steel with a brushed and sanded bare metal finish, sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the hinged top conceals a spacious single compartment, resting above two equally-sized pull-out drawers with intact drop handles. the hinged cabinet door contains a functional latch to prevent the door from swinging open. original swivel casters. exact fabricator unknown. the original cherry red paint finish applied to the interior was left intact for added contrast against the bare metal finish. measures 24 1/2 x 18 1/4 x 34 inches.
